3) Your shipping is calculated by our carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex) and based on your location and delivery preference. We recover only our actual handling costs.
Note: our products are shipped from Michigan.
4) Your shipping charge is displayed on the second page of the checkout process - after you enter your shipping/billing address but before you enter any credit card information.
The cutoff for expedited shipments (i.e. overnight, Fedex 2 day, etc...) is noon on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, will be processed the next business day.
5) Promo codes are also entered on the second page of the check out process.
